A warm and welcoming spot in the harbor! I was greeted with a smile and felt at home right away. The coffee was made exactly the way I like it – absolutely delicious. Add to that the beautiful view of the harbor and the little beach, and it’s the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy. Highly recommended!

Huge portions! We should have shared, lovely Canteen on a really nice little cove. Parking on the road in high season is busy and the hill is quite steep but easy access to the canteen.

This is truly a hidden gem. Right there beside the most beautiful blue water and the little beach, you will find this 'foodtruck'. They only sell a little selection of food, but oh my god it tastes delicious.
We ordered a Greek salad and a gyros sandwich together with 2 Mythos beers. Both the food and the view is utterly fantastic.
Sitting there overlooking the blue clear water, small boats in the water, the white sand while eating was just wonderful. Few places on earth make you feel like you dont want to leave, but this is one of them.

Delicious food and drinks by the beach! We came here after our boat trip for a quick lunch and got super happy! Tuna salad and gyros were really good and the frappé also great and refreshing. 10/10

Outstanding Cantina Where You Least Expect It
Tucked away in a stunningly peaceful location, accessible best by sea, this little cantina is a hidden gem in Zakynthos. Nestled within a naturally sheltered bay, the setting is simply idyllic.
Angeliki’s Cantina is nothing short of amazing. It’s a family-run place where every guest is treated like a friend. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and authentic. The food—though simple in concept—is crafted with genuine care and love, and the flavors are absolutely memorable.
A huge thank you to Angeliki and her lovely family. You’ve created something truly special. On our next sailing trip through the Ionian, this will definitely be one of our must-stop destinations.

Well situated on a beach with clear water. Atmosphere was relax and super chill. Food and drinks were served swiftly and of good quality. Staff was great. 5 out of 5, must visit

Lovley place to relax and swim. The beach of porto vromi a paradise and next to it just about 10 seconds walk this amazing canteen!! Plays nice music, has very good food and very beautiful atmosphere with the view Porto Vromi beach of Anafonitria. We rented a boat and had our lunch here after.

A hidden gem. This family owned restaurant will provide you with one of the best gyros and Greek salads of the island, served with a generous smile and sided by a calm pristine beach. We shared food and drinks with this local family on our first day and came back the next day for some more! Worth the detour!

Simply perfect! I would like to suggest the octopus bruschetta... amazing!! After 6 days we came back to get 4 more octopus portions.... wow!!! Thank you Mantalina and to your mom, will come came back home with a piece of you 😘

This is one of those places which is perfect because of its unassuming modesty, mixed with an idyllic setting and the most lovely mother daughter team you could wish for. It’s a pure delight to sit and in the tiny tranquil and secluded harbour and let the time slip away. It’s not trying to be perfect but somehow it just is. I love it for its innocent simplicity - oh, and the home cooked food is delicious too!

I’ve lived in Greece 2-years, their food is phenomenal and what’s even better are the people running it!!!! It’s a family business with salt of the earth people!!! You feel the care, love, and passion in EVERY DISH!!!! It was a surreal paradise experience and we can’t wait to return!!! They do meals to-go too!!! We got the gyros platter the next day and we throughly enjoyed it at Navagio Cove!!

We stayed at Porto Vromi for one night and were looking for somewhere nice to eat. When we arrived at Canteen Mantalina, we received a warm welcome. The view of the bay was beautiful, and the traditional Greek food was amazing. Thank you for the lovely evening!
